City of Bluffton Building Permits
A City of Bluffton Building Permit is required for structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and demolition projects within the corporate limits of the City of Bluffton.  Most projects will require a Wells County Improvement Location Permit and a City of Bluffton Building Permit.
