Jury Service
If you received a notice stating that you have been selected as a potential juror for the upcoming calendar year, this means your name has been placed in the pool of eligible jurors for the year. For each trial requiring a jury, a group of names will be randomly selected from this pool and those individuals will be summoned to report for jury duty.

Being selected as a potential juror does not mean you will necessarily be called to serve. You will only receive further information from Circuit Court if you are selected for a particular trial. If you are selected for a trial, you will receive a Summons for Jury Duty at least one week before the scheduled trial date. The summons will provide the date, time, location, and other important information.
Juror Qualification Form
If you received a Juror Qualification Form, you are required to complete and return it within 14 days.* Please answer all questions completely and truthfully.

*If you are no longer a resident of Wells County, Indiana, please indicate that on the form.
