Wells Circuit Court is located on the third floor of the Wells County Courthouse. Parking is available on Market Street and in the Washington Commons, located at 202 South Main Street in Bluffton.

The American Bar Association has a website at indiana.freelegalanswers.org that allows eligible clients to post legal questions to a private, confidential messaging system. The questions are answered by private attorneys at no cost to the client.

The Indianapolis Bar Association hosts a legal line, where you can call and speak to a lawyer for free. For more information, visit indybar.org.

The Indianapolis Legal Aid Society has a website at indylas.org and a hotline at 317-635-9538 available statewide (open Mon. to Fri., 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
